AEXICON was founded by experienced planning and project experts from the battery cell and automotive industry. As part of an extensive project building up a battery cell production line, we helped shape electrode manufacturing and plant engineering from the initial concept through to ongoing series production.

This hands-on experience is our foundation: we know the processes, the pitfalls, and the levers that decide whether a project succeeds or falls behind – because we've stood on the front line ourselves.

Today we bring this knowledge to the table as independent consultants: pragmatic, technically grounded, and with a clear eye for what actually works in practice.
